We specialize in renting comfortable attached ranch and town homes with that are an alternative to conventional apartment complexes. Our newly constructed duplex, quadplex and other attached homes feature spacious open two bedroom and two bedroom plus den floorplans all with attached one or two car garages. They feature private entrances and patios and full size appliances including washer and dryer. Full time maintenance staff takes care of all repairs and lawn work. Placed on quiet streets with lush green spaces they are designed to resemble single family residential neighborhoods. Our rentals are more than a temporary residence, they are a place to call home.    Perfect for job transfers, temporary workers or those between homes as well as those too busy to bother with yard work. Tazian Properties rentals offer all the comfort of single family living with all the convenience of renting.   In addition to our other communities, we offer our ‘over age 55’ community Emerald Pointe for the active senior. NOT an assisted living project, Emerald Pointe is for healthy seniors who want the quiet, convenience and enjoyment of renting in a community of their peers. Emerald Pointe features both one and two bedroom apartments in a lovely setting with generous yards and common areas including walking paths and a gazebo.
