• Fox Contractors Corp. is a heavy highway and civil earthwork contractor established in 1948.  The primary focus of Fox Contractors is earthmoving and utility installation in three distinct market segments: 1) Site development including commercial, industrial, subdivision, retail, institutional, education, and healthcare 2) Public works projects including DOT, airport, city, and county projects and 3) Environmental construction including landfills, wetlands, and quarry stripping projects.  Through our constant upgrading of equipment, knowledge of the industry, and in keeping pace with the leading edge of technological improvements in our industry we have been able to outpace the competition in the value we bring to our clients.  The greatest attribute that Fox Contractors has is our reputation for doing high quality work at a competitive price. Fox Contractors Corp. is headquartered in Fort Wayne, IN and we have a regional office in the Indianapolis area.  Our geographic work area is the Midwestern United States, primarily the Great Lakes region.  There are numerous distinctions that set Fox Contractors apart from the competition.  We are a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).  Fox Contractors Corp. is a 100% union contractor signatory to the Operators, Laborers, and Teamsters.  This allows us to go wherever the work is and perform projects of any size.  We employ an average of 300 workers during the construction season utilizing a fleet of approximately 250 pieces of equipment.  There is no project too big or small for Fox Contractors as our projects typically range in value from $30,000 to $5,000,000 and beyond.
